Fianna Räuber's past in growing up wasn't too remarkable, though she knew she was expected to follow her father's footsteps in working in for the military despite wanting to be a ballad singer. Upon finishing high school, she was drafted for the Swiss Armed Forces almost immediately.Originally a corporal in the Swiss Military, she dropped out after an accident at the enhanced soldier program left scandals galore amongst the ranking officers and the ‘volunteers.’Though it was forged that Fianna had volunteered herself, she (along with a handful of recruits) were forced into an cybernetic hybrid program by the military’s black ops to be the next Swiss Guards, the operation intended to be much like the Cent Suisse, and was named after them. Their intentions were to make an elite team of super soldiers that had enough humanity, but the perks and advancements of an cybernetic soldier. It was later learned that these black ops were in partnership with Talon, as a last minute resort for any upcoming desperate times.When she was 16 and coincidentally eligible, and operations went underway immediately. Unbeknownst to Fianna, her family had been keeping a secret from her about their heritage. While the Räuber family lived as and amongst humans, her maternal side carried a Siren gene. Thus, meaning for her, the scientists who operated on her had hoped to create a walking supersonic hybrid; Exploiting the genetics they found embedded in her. However, through her surgery, Fianna's vocal cords got damaged. This, unfortunately, rendered her talking voice to be monotonous, and nearly entirely mute. While her speaking voice was rendered completely flat and monotone for about two years, her singing voice was still pleasant, but at times releases sharp decibels to stun others. A doctor eventually found a way to repair her damaged vocal cords, however the damage was a bit too severe for it to be fully recovered: Fianna still had to rely on cybernetic wirings down her throat to speak in different inflections.Due to the several damaged soldiers in their care, the volunteers were asked to resign to avoid an uprising scandal. However she, along with a few others were recruited into [REDACTED], and Siren herself was appointed into their covert operations, taking up the call sign of ‘Whiplash.’Fianna was eventually given her own team to lead, a strike team called The Raptors who act in a group only in the ugliest, or most dire situations. She later changed her codename to Siren. After working in the same line of work from her teen year until she was 24, Fianna sought to leave the agency to instead become an informant to an array of clients.Her 'day job' is often serving tables, with Fianna working at an upscale restaurant; An easier way to pick up information if not encourage loose lips to open up to their friendly, pretty waitress.

While disbanded officially, The Raptors are still rather close-knit, and operate on their own.
The members are:• Berg, formerly going by Crusader; He turned to a path of violence after the fall of his comrades and family. His real name is Felix Krieg, and beneath the rough surface of a warrior lies a man who is smitten with Fianna—Though she is either unaware or unresponsive to his affections.• Mastermind, a former serviceman of Fianna from their army days and who was a tactical genius that now provides shields, armours, and other forms of equipment to her teammates. Candence Dust is a genius, though often plays ditzy. Candence took a job as a private tutor, with her students being the children of some of the world's most threatening individuals.• Snakeroot, the martial artist extraordinaire that is a wanted outlaw, Goh Yue is one of Fianna's closest friends. While cold to most, she is loyal to her comrades. Yue is currently in hiding from the public eye, operating mostly in the shadows.• Crossfire, a crossbow specialist and folklore fanatic who was formerly working as a filing clerk for Fianna's department, Robyn Telle's marksmanship was recognized and revered. After their official disbandment, Robyn took up odd jobs of all natures, but is predominantly working a courier service.• Chevalier, a medical prodigy and the team’s primary healer who was shunned for his au natural medical research costing hospitals and clinics money due to his cheaper, natural alternatives; Augustin Boucher works tirelessly to aid those in need for as little as possible in return if not free in desire to fulfil is his late wife's last wishes. Unable to secure a job in official medical sectors, Augustin opened up an underground type of operation. Much to his dismay, most of his clients end up being those he preferred harvesting organs (among other things) from. Whether or not he does is entirely kept off the books.
